VEHICLE DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER WITH BATTERY NOT SECURE (THIS BATTERY IS LOCATED IN THE TRUNK, BEHIND OCCUPANTS)

The drivers side DRL has a "J" Blade that its lit while driving day or night (DRL) This "J" Blade on the driver's side is dim, and it effects the turn signal causin in my and several thousand owners with the same isse a very safety issue. JLR Jaguar Land Rover North America willNOT address this safety isse and refuses to correct the problem To replace the light asembl;y will cost in excess of $6,000.00 This is again, a safety issue and its is a manufacturer difect There are several thousand folks out there with this Jaguar F TYPE issue There is also a FB page with several thousand folks that are complaining about it (F-Type Jaguar DRL Failure Victims) Thank you

FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

The car sometimes has a hard time to start engine. I have to pump the gas pedal numerous times quickly to finally get the car to start. Other times the car starts normally . Also sometimes when the engine is on and in the park position ; the engine may turn off. The auto off button has been eliminated from the problem because I turn that off; so this issue should not be associated with that component . Perhaps itâs a failing fuel pump or perhaps the valves get stuck flooding the carb making it too lean. I still have not figured out the issue but I am concerned driving the car since sometimes I wonât start .

THERE ARE TWO HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TRUCK (IN THE EXHAUST AREA) THAT COULD LEAK EXHAUST INTO THE OCCUPANT COMPARTMENT.
