Wipers would not stay working as they should on any setting during heavy snow, sleet, and rain. Vehicle has several intermittent settings, as well as (2) continuous wiping settings. The all settings would work as they should for around 60 seconds, then slow down to a very slow intermittent wipe. Each time a setting was changed it would work as it should for 60 seconds before slowing to a very slow intermittent wipe. This was all happening while moving, with heavy precipitation (rain/sleet/snow mix). The safety issue was having to mess with wiper settings to keep them functional, and lack of visibility when the wipers would slow down from where they were set to. No warning lamps of any sort came on.

The windshield wiper will not stay on continuously. It malfunctions every time I have it on continuous low or high speed. I was driving in heavy rain with the windshield wiper on high continuous speed. After about 30 seconds it goes into intermittent mode, only cleaning the windshield every 3-4 seconds or so. It makes driving very difficult in the rain and dangerous as I cannot see the road. Same thing happens on the regular continuous speed setting. It is reproducible every time I use the wipers rain or shine. I checked on the Ford Bronco Forum website, and it is a common complaint.

Flat Towing 2021 Ford Bronco with 2.7 V6 engine. After connecting my Bronco to the motorhome and putting it in the tow mode the following will occur. About 45 mins after turning the ignition off and closing the doors the EBB (Electronic Brake Boost) in the Bronco shuts down leaving the Bronco without any brake boost and leaves the supplemental brake system ineffective. When first connecting the Bronco to the motorhome the brake boost is active and the supplemental bakes system must be set to match, or it will lock up the brakes on the Bronco when you stop. After the boost shuts down the supplemental brake system cannot apply enough force to the Bronco brakes to assist in stopping and all at once it takes a much greater distance to stop the motorhome than it did when the boost was working. Ford appears to not acknowledge the issue and have had no support from the dealer or service department

I purchased this vehicle from Portsmouth Ford in Portsmouth NH on January 27, 2022. I brought the vehicle into AutoFair Ford (Manchester, NH) on March 16, 2022 as there was a rattling in the engine (at approximately 1519 Miles). I have not seen the vehicle since. The vehicle has been inspected by the mechanics at AutoFair Ford. They attempted a repair job but the sound was still present. Apparently the engine needs to be either redone or redesigned and Ford is not really giving any good answers as to even when this may be completed. The vehicle has been sitting in the dealer lot now for 50 Days and counting. I might get it back but very concerned as to what else could be wrong with this car as it has been sitting there for so long and could easily be another 5-6 weeks before this might get repaired. very concerned for what could go wrong during this incident.

my vehicle lost power on the GW bridge in NYC. It has less than 1000 miles and the power, driving at 60 mph just died. To add insult to injury Ford (24hr roadside assistance told me that there were no tow truck available at this time). When my car was finally towed, vis a vie a 3rd party, to the nearest dealership, I was told that because I didnt buy my car there, there was nothing I could do but wait a "few weeks". Ford 24 hr road side assistance really left me out to dry. I wish and am looking for ways to sue them. Luckily, my responsible dealer at Lester Glenn Ford on Rt 35 was able to assist and is making every accommodation to help. Thank goodness for them and their restless souls for helping with this. I literally have less than 1000 miles on the Badlands 2.7 V6, and when this happened, I didnt know what to do. Disappointing. But Lester Glenn is so far amazing at the response.

In remote area in a canyon the engine quit suddenly due to fuel starvation caused by faulty fuel pump. The engine quit on the edge of the cliff and would not start again. Vehicle warnings are as follows: - Electrical Fault with the Fuel Pump. - Engine Fuel Control System cannot achieve required fuel pressure to start engine. - Engine Fuel Control Sytem is unable to control fuel system pressure.

The vehicle started leaking fuel from under the passenger front fender. We were able to get the vehicle off of the highway. When I opened the hood it appeared that the leak was coming from the top area of the engine. The vehicle was towed to a Ford dealership and we are waiting for the reason it was leaking. This vehicle is a bit over 6 months old and has less than a thousand miles on it. I am aware that Ford has a recall on the Bronco Sport model but mine is a regular Bronco with the 2.7 liter engine. There were no warning lights or buzzers prior to this incident.

On delivery at Ramp Ford of my MY 22 BRONCO I inspected the accessories bags for roof and door storage" on board" bags and retention safety harness on April 15,2022 at 3:15pm. I found the two targa roof bags (option $699) on board, however no safety retention harness was on board at delivery. Call dealer next day for safety harness and her said "on board door bags" were deleted as a dealer installed option, but nothing about the safety harness at all. Ford had marketing over Wranger, in that you could take all four doors off leaving external mirrors on and store then (4 doors/ on 4 dr Bronco) and safely drive at highway speeds with the four doors in the cargo area designed to store frameless window doors safely( page 362-4 owners manual) but failed to provide at time of delivery these" seat bekts" for heavy doors "on board"!

like NHTSA ID number 11490060 the headlights on my 2022 Bronco will randomly come on and go off when the vehicle is parked. When checking the position of the headlight switch it is not at any illuminated position (un-commanded). This problem has caused the vehicle battery to drain charge. The low battery shuts down the auto stop/start feature. The dealer service department is unaware of the headlight problem. They replaced the battery under the 3 year warranty. All Ford and the service departments have to do is Google "2022 Ford Bronco headlight problem". This is an ongoing problem.

On rare but recurring occasions, perhaps twice a month, powering on the adaptive cruise control results in one of two issues: 1. The ACC will engage, but set itself for 15 MPH, even if driving at highway speeds. When this occurs, the ACC either cancels itself out, or remains on until it detects a malfunction, and then cancels itself out. 2. On rare occasion, the autonomous breaking will, upon powering on of the cruise control, seem to detect a phantom vehicle that is not there and attempt to aggressively brake. The Ford Bronco ACC is unique in that it attempts to set the ACC on when the system is powered on, unlike other vehicles where the driver must power it on and then set it.

I am part of a large number of individuals ~200+ documented experiencing scraping noises in our 7 speed manual transmissions. Most of us can't get service done due to part supply issues and labor shortages. The bigger concern is FORD is replacing same parts that are being damaged which doesn't address the root cause of the issue and its not solving problem because it comes back shortly after service. The noise is mostly only heard in temps below 50*f per FORD TSB 22-2371. People are complaining that regardless of new transmissions and TSB service the noise still comes back while most of us are waiting months to even get the repairs performed. There has been no official resolutions. The noise is a safety concern in that if the transmission fails a bronco filled with a family could be stuck in a dangerous situation unable to move the vehicle in gear on the highway or similar situation along with these are brand new people complaining day 1 they bring these 7 speed manual transmission models home on 21s, 22's and now 23's. FORD just keeps sending them to customers with same defective transmissions we have and the problem is growing quickly also since it is winter and more are out there the number is growing quicker. I have tons of videos, documentation and a community of 200 plus individuals who own 7MT Broncos with the issue. I have spreadsheets from the community of builds and user names as well as photos of internal damage and reports of noise coming back. Very good documentation. please take this seriously. I am filing a complaint because as I was driving my new 2022 Ford Bronco Big Bend the front passenger wheel popped off. There was no previous warning signs to let me know something was wrong. It seems as though the bolts/ lug nuts just snapped as I was driving. The tire popped off rolled back hit the car causing it to bounce and then fall and drag for a bit before I was able to come to a full stop while the wheel rolled down the street. This caused a lot of damage to the car from body to suspension. Luckily I was traveling at low speeds so I was not injured and luckily no one else was near to be injured by the run away wheel. I had the car towed to AutoNation Ford in Katy where they and insurance representatives inspected it. AutoNation has had the car for over a month and they still have not fully repaired the vehicle. I do not fully understand what went wrong.

On January 17, 2023, while driving down a commonly driven road (Muldoon) in Anchorage, Alaska at approximately 30 mph, I suddenly heard a large air escaping noise "Psh Psh Psh Psh" and it took me a moment to realize what was happening--the dash indicated the PSI of my rear driver's-side tire was deflating rapidly, to completely flat. Had the vehicle lost control in these snowy conditions, it could have ran into multiple other cars on the road--not ruling out the possibility of a roll-over type accident. When I pulled over into a parking lot, I figured that it was just a flat tire, so I jacked up the vehicle. However, at about the point that the front driver's side tire was leaving the ground, but the rear one wasn't, I determined there must have been an additional issue. I looked behind the tire at the suspension, and it appears that an arm of the suspension had broken off and either destabilized the tire to the point where it lacked a seal around the rim and the air leaked out entirely, or put a hole in the tire. No hole was identifiable, but the tire was so deflated it was hard to tell. When I called the dealership, Kendall Ford of Anchorage, they let me know that they didn't have an appointment until March 2023--at which point I refuted that making me wait 2 months with an undriveable vehicle with under 5,000 miles on it was unacceptable--especially for the price I paid (nearly $70,000). No one has been able to inspect the part yet, but it is clear from photos that the rear suspension on the driver's side does not match the passenger's side rear suspension. There were no warning of failure before this occurred, and the vehicle had been treated very well--it has never been off trail or offroading in the sense that it was in an untraveled area. It has been to archangel pass once, but I would not consider this offroading because the trail is not particularly difficult to pass.

The tow bar bent resulting in partially detaching one of the baseplates from the vehicle and damaging the bumper, intercooler, and splash shield. The bar only lasted 5 months and 5,650.6 miles of use. I asked Blue Ox to refund the money I spent on the two items and the money to fix my vehicle. They denied the claim asserting the bolts fell out - the bolts were all returned to them as part of their investigative process. If they had fallen out, I would no longer have had them in my possession to return as this failure occurred on I-95 somewhere between FL and SC.
