THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE ONLY OCCURRED WHEN GOING DOWN AN INCLINE AND TAPPING THE BRAKE PEDAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (JEFF WYLER EASTGATE AUTO MALL, 1117 OH-32, BATAVIA, OH, 45103) WHERE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 26,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
